Sites on this license, on the Account tab for Business and Agency: scores, issues and requests for every site.

With a Business or Agency license, the Account tab on any of your sites shows Sites on this license: every site on the license, with the ones that need attention at the top. Personal licenses cover one site, so they don’t have it.

  1. Refresh sends this site’s latest report, then reloads every site.
  2. Sites in use on your license, how many need attention, and the average checkup score.
  3. Each site’s checkup score: green from 90, amber from 70, red below. Under it, critical issues and things to review, with the top three listed.
  4. When it was last scanned, privacy requests waiting (and how many are late), its GoConsent version, and when it last reported.
  5. Open GoConsent opens that site’s GoConsent screen in a new tab. You’ll need to be signed in there.

What counts as needing attention

  • Protection is off on that site.
  • A privacy request is past its deadline.
  • There’s a critical issue.
  • The site hasn’t reported yet: install GoConsent Pro there and activate your license.

How it stays current

Each site sends a short report to the GoConsent license server once a day and within a minute of its score changing: the score, issue titles and counts, when it was last scanned, how many privacy requests are open or late, and its GoConsent version. No visitor data is included. Sites on this license shows the latest report from each site.
