This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations work for purchases from GoConsent™ on https://getgoconsent.com. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, an item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with tags attached
- Sent with your order number or another proof of purchase
Items that cannot be returned
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, these items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods, such as food and flowers
- Custom, personalized or made-to-order items
- Personal care and hygiene items once opened
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products and software once downloaded or accessed
- Items marked “final sale”
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return, using our contact form or contact@roxxistudios.com.
- We reply with return instructions and, where we offer one, a return label.
- Pack the items securely and send them within 14 days of our reply. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return shipping
If the return is because of our mistake (a damaged, defective or wrong item), we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, you pay return shipping, and original delivery charges are not refunded. We recommend a tracked service: we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Refunds
When we receive and check your return, we email you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
If you have not received a refund you were told is approved, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color or item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would rather exchange, contact us and we will help.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can, with photos if possible. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery charges. This does not affect any warranty or legal rights you have.
Digital products and services
Because digital products can’t be returned, we refund a download or digital access only if you have not downloaded or used it yet, or if it does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
For services, you can cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, we refund the part not yet provided where that is fair or the law requires it.
Subscriptions and cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time, online or by contacting us, and it will not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. Where the law requires, we remind you before a subscription renews or its price changes.
Customers in the EU and UK
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly, for example by email, and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you sent them). You pay the direct cost of returning goods unless we agreed otherwise.
The law makes exceptions, including sealed hygiene items once unsealed, custom-made goods, perishable goods, and digital content you agreed to start downloading or streaming before the 14 days ended.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually solve it faster, and a dispute can take weeks.
