Do I need Pro?
Free covers what the law asks of most websites: the banner, blocking, scanner, core policy pages, opt-out requests and basic stats, with no limits. Go Pro if you want three things: to know which visits become customers (calls, forms, directions), to have your policies updated when laws change, and to have proof ready if you’re ever challenged (evidence scans, receipts, policy history). Pro also adds Terms, a Disclaimer and eleven more pages.
What counts as a site?
Each WordPress site where you activate your license. Personal covers 1 site, Business 5 and Agency 25. Deactivate a site to free it for another.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed yearly through Stripe and renew automatically. Update your card, download invoices, change plans or cancel any time from Manage billing.
What happens if my license expires?
The free features keep working and the pages you’ve published stay on your site. Pro features (new Pro pages, copy and delete requests, alerts, the monthly report, Consent ID lookup and evidence scans) and Pro updates pause until the license is active again. Click Renew Pro on GoConsent’s Account tab to pay and turn them back on with the same key.
Where’s my account?
Right in WordPress, with no separate login. GoConsent’s Account tab shows your plan, price, sites in use and renewal date, with Manage billing (card, invoices, plan changes, cancel), Email my license key, Renew and support requests. On Business and Agency it also shows every site on your license.
How do I get Pro after I buy?
You get an email with your license key and a download button. Upload Pro in WordPress, paste the key on GoConsent’s Account tab and click Activate. If the free plugin is installed, Pro replaces it and keeps your settings. Lost the email? Use Lost your key? on the Account tab.
Is GoConsent legal advice?
No. GoConsent gives you tools and templates for what privacy laws ask of a website. Have a lawyer review your policies and how your business handles data.
